The visionary behind Manaaki Education Limited, Manoj De Silva brings over two decades of professional experience in banking, finance, and human resource management. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management (Special) from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, a Master’s in Business Administration (Finance) from the University of Colombo, and a Diploma in Banking and Finance from the Institute of Bankers of Sri Lanka, Manoj’s academic and professional journey reflects a commitment to excellence and leadership.

Manoj has held key leadership positions, including serving as a Branch Manager at the Commercial Bank of Ceylon PLC and Credit Union Auckland. Currently working as a Lending Consultant at a leading Credit Union in New Zealand, Manoj is no stranger to helping individuals navigate significant life transitions.

After migrating to New Zealand, Manoj discovered a deep passion for assisting international students, particularly from Sri Lanka, in achieving their educational dreams. His own experiences as an immigrant inspired him to establish Manaaki Education Limited, combining his firsthand knowledge of New Zealand’s education system with his expertise in guiding individuals through complex processes.
